I don't think he felt remorse, if he did it quickly faded, as he explained in the book "Conversations with a killer" that in the beginning he'd have remorse for a few days but it would fade and he'd do something bad again....

Watching interviews with Jeffrey Dahmer and his father. I watched this interview about a year ago, and really enjoyed them. Thought it was so strange and interesting that his father did the interview with him.
Hopefully have time to look up interviews of Richard Ramirez, because I don’t know as much as I would like to about him.
