Kyle and I found a lovely fetish shop tucked away in a cozy corner of Rome. I wish I spent some of my money on the gorgeous things they sold, but it’s hard for me to justify spending such a large amount. Why are all the nice things so expensive!

Kyle and I are supposed to visit the haunted graveyard/church tonight. Sounds lovely and all but I’m also terrified

I uploaded a short update video from here in Germany. I would have posted an actual link, but Tumblr is being difficult.

Ich bin drunken!!!! Went to the local bar tonight and met 2 groups from America. Such a small world. Also met a hilarious drunk German man who knows Ky and his family very well. Such a good night. I never want to leave this place.

Anyway. I drank way too much Vermouth. Sleepytime

Bavaria is beautiful.

I’ve been very busy which is why I haven’t been posting at all. I’ve been keeping a journal while I’m here which is nice. I don’t want to write too much, since I am only on Ky’s phone, so I will describe this place briefly. I’m staying in a little town called Oberau, which is nestled in the mountains of Bavaria. This part of Germany is very traditional, and not as modern as other areas. The culture thrives on a huge appreciation and respect for tradition, morals and religious belief. The quality of life is much better than that of life in urban North America. Everything is detailed and beautiful. The birds are always chirping. The nature is incredibly lush. The mountains are staggering as they surround the town and reach into the clouds. The people here are very kind and respectful. These kind of people are rare back at home. When we go to the small bar down the street, everyone drinks with one another, unafraid of sitting, dining and socializing among strangers from separate parties. The culture in Bavaria is one which allows everyone to be very close and comfortable with one another. The churches, monastaries and graveyards are truly intricate and meaningful. The architecture of these places is incredible, and the history is rich and intriguing. History in this part of the world is much more significant than in North America, in my opinion. We were driving on a road today, which was built 100 years ago, and I found it amazing to here our German friend say that this road was not old, for there are many roads and other things around which date back 2000 years ago. I can’t fathom or explain the significance and incomprehensible nature of the history of this area. I could write so much more. I’m so inspired by this place. As I was sitting on the porch yesterday, looking at the mountains, I thought that I would stay here if I could. And I realized that it was the truth. That thought speaks for my love of this place, and I know that I will be very sad to leave a place which is so very cultural, historical and valuable.

Why couldn't you have sex for a while?

LOL, I’m surprised anyone paid attention to that post. I recently went to the hospital to have a procedure done on my lady bits and I had to wait for everything to heal. In one of my regular checkups my doctor found some pre-cancerous cells, so we wanted to get those buggers out of there.

I think that’s TMI but you asked for it.

In less than 24 hours I will be in Germany!

I’ve got a long haul of planes and trains ahead of me for the next little while.

I’ll try my best to keep you guys updated, and there’s a few special people on Tumblr I’m going to try to buy gifts for. (I will have to send them when I return, because the shipping prices are too high out there.)

How long have you been with Kyle? Is there anything you hate about him?

Anonymous

Almost 3 years. No, hate is a strong word. I don’t hate unless there is very good reason. We both have our flaws, our disagreements, little things about each other that drive us crazy. Just like anyone. But we overlook our personal flaws for love. I think that’s natural and healthy in a relationship. I do wonder why you would ask such a question?
